can I get seat in IT colleges with 86percentile in jee mains under bc category.

Since jee mains is conducted through NTA which is under central government so, it has general, ews, obc, sc, st and pwd types of category you can not apply for bc category as it does not consists of. But if you want to appear in any state level college counselling and if it has bc category then only you are eligible to apply for it
