It would be difficult to tell you the exact cutoff as JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time. But with this score the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs.
Are you going to appear for JEE Main April Session? If yes then I would suggest you to prepare well for the exam & try to score more than 98- 99 percentile to get a seat in top NITs.
The time is less now for the exam preparation so working smartly can help you to score a good rank in the exams. You can work on important concepts which carry more weightage in the exam & practise with the previous years question papers and attempt mock tests as much you can to analyze your performance.
