Hello aspirant. Terna Medical College is a private college with 100 seats in MBBS. Hence the cut off goes relatively high. As per this year's cut off, anyone with a rank lower than 6000 is eligible to attend councelling. As you are not from Maharashtra, you have to apply under AIQ. (I've told you cut off under AIQ only).
