You have not mentioned your category so check the cut off for Index Medical College Hospital and Research, Indore
- Unreserved: 479
- OBC: 459
- SC: 328
- ST: 192
Based on this you may not get seat in this college with 460 marks you need to get above cut off marks because cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.You need to score 500 or above to have decent chances of getting a seat in this college.

NEET 2020 Cutoff (Expected)
- Aspirants are required to obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in NEET 2020 entrance examination in order to qualify for further admission process.
- Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC are required to obtain marks equivalent to at least 40 th percentile to be considered for AIQ and state counselling process.
- Aspirants who belong to UR category are required to score equivalent to at least 50 th percentile
