Hii Aspirant!!!... Yes of course you can give neet exam in 4th attempt also as there is no current upper age limit in neet .The decision of upper age limit is yet to be decided by the supreme court.The minimum age of the applicant should be of 17 years . There is no limit on the number of attempts a student can make.

Hello,
As of now, there is upper age limit, hence no restrictions in terms of appearing for NEET as long as you fulfill the following criteria;
Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, having Biology as an additional too counts.
PCB Aggregate(inclusive of theory and practical) against each category as mentioned below should be met
UR-50%
SC/ST/OBC-40%
PWD-45%
