Yes you can, JEE MAINS requires you to pass 12th standard examination with a minimum percentage of 75 in PCM or for you to be in the top 20 percentile of your state. So you can apply for the NIOS Exam now, so that you give your 12th standard examination in 2020, and JEE MAINS too. All the best!
