Hi,
The basic eligibility criteria for applying for aiims are as follows:
-Candidate must be 17 years of age or above.
-Should have passed std 12th from CBSE or an equivalent board with a passing marks in subject like english, physics, biology and chemistry and an aggregate of 60% for general category and an aggregate of 50% for SC/ST.
So ur score of 12th would be required to check ur eligibilty. And you can apply for the exam even while doin graduation.
It shouldn't be an issue.
