can i give compartment exam in july for 3 subjects (PCM) HSC BOARDS

Unfortunately, it is not possible as only two Subjects maximum are allowed for the compartment exam. If you are failed in more than two then your result will be declared as fail. You can check the official website of CBSE to get more information for the same.
