Hello,
You cannot appear for MHT CET twice in a year for same group. However, if you have applied for both PCM and PCB paper you need to appear for both the papers. If the candidate opted for both the groups that is PCM and PCB h e/she may get the different examination centers for the different groups that is for PCM they may get one examination center and for PCB they may get another Examination Center.
