The subjects included in the NEET- UG exam are Physics, Chemistry, Biology. So, to give the NEET exam, you have to take biology as an option subject in your class 12th. Without biology as an option subject, you cannot meet the eligibility criteria for the NEET exam.

Hope you are doing well. See, if you primarily want to give NEET I'll suggest you not to take Biology as an optional subject and keep it as a main subject . It will be better .
