Hello Shubham, you need to have the certain subject cleared prior to admission process. During the admission process, you will be asked to fill up details regarding marks and subjects you have, if the subject you are giving through NIOS releases result later than the deadline for admission process, you will not be considered and have to reapply for admission in the next consecutive term.
