Can I give only maths paper on 3rd may as I have mhtcet on 2nd may.And can I get good rank by giving only maths paper and scoring 250+

You have to attempt all three papers of PCM in MHTCET if you want to pursue a career in engineering . One thing you can do is that you can score high in maths paper to get your desired rank. You also can give the PCMB configuration of the exam for other courses.
