Hi aspirant

thanks for asking your quey, you should give preference to such branch and college which you are not getting because if you are not eligible then you will be shifted to next round without any seat but if you choose college according to your liability then you will have a backup option with an allotted seat which you may upgrade after each rounds of counsellings
