You can apply but each university has different criteria for the admission. For MBA abroad, along with a high percentage which gets translated to a CGPA/GPA, you would need to appear for a GMAT/GRE exam. Along with the GMAT, you would also require scoring well in an English proficiency test (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE). Top B schools usually ask for a minimum of 2 years work experience.
