Yes, you can definitely pursue Media and Communication course ( mainly - PG Diploma ) after completing B.Tech. Many colleges provide admissions to the course on the basis of merit list of the marks obtained in graduation and many Colleges conduct entrance exam for the same. You need to decide, which college to opt for.
