You have got quite high marks, you can definitely get a good government college in 94.11 percentile. However it's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission in which college you might get. It depends on the cut-off. Cut-off changes every year. It depends on the lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not. However this data is based on last year's cut-off. Last year the cut-off for OBC category was 83%.
