see its not easy to improve your marks just one month of preparation. however if you follow the strategy you can get success:

make a routine and give revision of old theory part daily

mark your weakness and chapters which are not well prepared and solve questions from the books or test papers available for you.

daily give at least of one mock exam, it would be best to give the all papers exam frequently to learn about time management

make three short note books of maths, physics chemistry that you can revise before the day of exam.

It is not very difficult task but what you need to do is just polish your question solving ability because this is the main thing which is restricting you to reach your target. So to go with it you should proceed with solving Previous Year Questions, different Mock tests and sample papers is the best practice to get the thorough preparation of JEE-Main or any other competitive examination, Hence I would recommend you is just solve one paper in a day in the fixed time of Three hours and don't go for next paper until you clear all your doubts of previous paper so the concepts will be cleared to you.
