Hi,
Your marks in class 10th and 12 th class is very less but if you score a good percentage in mba exams like CAT , XAT ,etc then there are chances that you might get a decent mba college as percentage of entrance exam has more weightage in selection process as compared to marks of class 10th and 12th . Also try to mainatin a good cgpa in your graduation degree to increase your chance .

generally above 8.4 gpa is considered great so try to remain near to it , but the more you score in your graduation the more it will help in your admissions.
