Yes, you can join under management quota.Candidates who couldn't qualify in EAMCET or have not appeared in EAMCET can get admission under management quota provided you must fulfill the eligiblity criteria.And the admission will be on basis of 10+2.And the fee is as per government norms.You need to enquire in college administration regarding the fee structure and the admission procedure.

to get an Admission through Management quota , you have to qualify eligibility criteria:-  candidate must have secured minimum 50% in 12th from a recognized board. There is 5% relaxation for reservation category candidates.

minimum possible fee structure will be 8-10 lakhs for 4 year degree duration which is okay. if you go through counselling , it may be 6-7 lpa for 4 years duration. if you opt for hostel and mess then there will be additional 30k-40k expense depending on college hostel fee.
