can I join for 2nd year engineering for the next year because now I'm pursuing 1st year BCA at present in Bangalore. is there any possibility of joining to 2nd year engineering??

No, you won't be able to join any of the engineering college in second year. Only those having polytechnic degree are allowed to join second year engineering courses and only in some college. So, you will have to join from first year onwards.
