As a Bi.P.C Student there is a option to get admitted into B.Tech by passing the Maths Subjects of your Intermediate like Maths - 1A,1B, 2A,2B by clearing these subjects in Intermediate board you can get admitted into B.Tech.
By Utilising the provision of Maths Subjects clearence along with your Bi.P.C you can secure seat in B.Tech Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Univerity in Andhra, Telangana and M-Bi.P.C Vishveshwarayya Technological University Karnataka also Provides Admissions with this criteria so if you want to join then clear those and you will get admitted into B.Tech.

To take admission in B .tech student must have to pass the 12th standard with mathematics, physics and chemistry. As you were student from BIPC stream so you are not eligible for B.tech.
But there are some Universities like VIT , AMITY,SRM for these universities you have chance of getting admission. As these universities take one compulsory course of mathematics in first year.
