Hello,
You can, indeed. You must enroll in a postgraduate course if you want to join NCC since you need to be a registered college student.
A student must be between the ages of 13 and 24 to join NCC. After graduating, you can become a member of NCC if you enroll in a college for a conventional or even a distance learning course. Many of my NCC friends who were Masters students supported my decision, and they were glad I did. Only after completing the required 3 years will you receive the NCC's C certificate, which is useful for employment and at some educational institutions.
Now, whether you can extend your NCC stay for a further three years until you become 24 years old depends on your age at the time your graduation was completed. If not for three years, you can complete NCC in two years and earn a B certificate in addition to gaining a lot of experience on this new path.
I'll advise you to enlist in NCC so you can have a taste of life in the military. If you pursue NCC with sincerity, it will teach in you many qualities that make an officer.
Thank You
