Can I join long-term for jee now??

Yes you can join but major disadvantage of your question is that the pressure to be undertaken by a learner increases as time taken increases. If the candidate is unable to utilize the long term preparation he had taken for preparation, it will have a negative impact during his placement interviews as his capabilities and dedication will be questioned!!

Its like when you will prepare and you will see that your friends are getting placed in doffdiffe company then you may have a downfall.
