can i jump 7th class ?? and take direct addmission in 8th class

Some schools may allow students to skip a grade based on academic performance, while others may have specific requirements or procedures for grade skipping. Like in which school i was it did not allow this but in some school yes they do allow so it is always better to connect with your school but yes! It is definitely possible.
