Yes, you can login any number of times to modify/correct/edit the details in KCET application form before selecting the declaration. After the declaration selection and fee payment you will be not able to correct the details but you can correct the details when the correction window is opened. As per KCET 2022 time table the correction window for the candidates who have paid the application fee will be available from May 7, 2022 at 11 AM to May 10, 2022 till 5:30 PM. So if you have already selected declaration then you have to wait until the correction window is made available to the applicants who have paid the application fee. To make the necessary corrections you need to login with your credentials, correct the details and submit the application form.
