Unfortunately, you cannot register afresh for the MP State NEET UG Counselling in Round 2 if you didn't register in Round 1. Most state counselling bodies, including MP, require candidates to register only once at the beginning of the counselling process. If you didn't get a seat in Round 1, your focus should be on participating in the subsequent rounds as per the counselling schedule.
