Can I opt for different Zone and State for IIT Advanced exam than from where I wrote JEE MAINS?

Yes you can opt for any centre from any state for JEE Advanced, irrespective of JEE Mains centre.
The centre allotment although is purely on the basis of seats available, your choice won't guarantee the same centre.
