Payment of Processing fee must be done p rior to certificate verification and the processing fee must be paid by aspirants. It has to be paid in online mode. Once the payment is made, they need to print the payment receipt to show at the time of document verification. It is important to pay the processing fee, as without payment, candidates will not be allowed to attend verification process even if they are eligible and qualified. So its important to pay fees in online mode only.
