Hello Prashant,

Definitely You can pursue your M.Tech. in Computer Science , All you need is to Qualify GATE in CS Stream, After that you can get admission in college. Some college demand, Degree in Computer Science but IITs don't demand it. You can get admision by scoring good marks in GATE CE.
