Preparation depends on your own efforts. Yes , you can crack the JEE mains in 1 year of proper studying and Preparation. You need to focus on the following points during this 1 year and follow these steps throughout the year :
- Check the Syllabus properly
- Go through Previous Year Question papers
- Time Management
- Give a lot of Mock Tests
- Create your own Time table according to your own convenience.
- Clear every doubt before hand .
