Yes, you just need to qualify the minimum cut off marks that are required to participate in counselling if there is a cut off. Otherwise if there is no cut off than you can go straight for the counselling process. In the case of JOSAA counselling there is no cut off marks for participating in the counselling process and you can fill the registration form with your respective rank to articipate in the counselling process.
