can i qualify jee mains for getting 10 marks

NO you will not qualify jee if you get a score of 10. It is not a decent mark to qualify for the exam.

I would recommend you to take the second attempt scheduled from 25 july . NTA will be considering best of the two percentiles while preparing the Overall merit list. So you still have provision for improvement, study well.
