Coming to your query ,getting 10 marks in JEE Mains Exam is not sufficient to qualify in JEE Mains Examination.You have to score at least 65 Marks.Do hard work to score more.Nothing is impossible,focus and be determined to score more marks.With this mark your percentile will comes around 16.66 to 19.68 and your rank will comes around 849090 to 954500.

NO you will not qualify jee if you get a score of 10. It is not a decent mark to qualify for the exam.

I would recommend you to take the second attempt scheduled from 25 july . NTA will be considering best of the two percentiles while preparing the Overall merit list. So you still have provision for improvement, study well.
