HELLO,

Yes, you can leave a medical college at anytime.

You can leave medical college anytime but you have to pay bond fees which is you fill at the time of admission at that college.

Well if you are leaving it to sit for NEET exam again, you have to give up ur seat B4 .But If you are going to another stream then you can leave any time
