Hey Aspirant,
There is no provision for re-checking/re-evaluation of the NEET results.
NTA will not provide any facilities for the re-evaluation of NEET result 2020 because of the following reasons:
- NEET 2020 OMRs are machine gradable which is being evaluated through specific software impartial to all.
- The candidates are given an opportunity to make the representation of the OMR gradation of their NEET OMR sheets PDF and also given an opportunity to challenge the answer key in case of any doubt.

Yes you can re-evaluate but make sure you are 100 percent confident as each question you opt will cost approx 1000 rs. If any discrepancy is found then the marks will be awarded
However you may end up loosing marks.
So think and proceed further.
