Can I refill my choices again ie change the order of preference in first round upgradation of mp dte councelling? If not then when can I get a chance to refill?

Yes dear, in most of the counselling procedures you get a chance to shuffle your choice, delete one or add up one as per your preferences in the subsequent rounds. You can upgrade your choices if you don't get that one in your first counseling rounds. But place your preferences in correct order and after you get the desired college, freeze it.
