Can I refund my money after I've payed through DD in spot councelling in upset 2019?

Hello,
If you got a college in the counselling and you have opted for it then you won't get the money refund. You will get the money refund only if you don't get a college option at any round of counselling. So you know in which case you are. if you are eligible for money refund then it will get refunded to you.
