Engineering colleges in Maharashtra give admission on the basis of ranks obtained in MH CET and JEE main. So yes you can apply for engineering colleges in Maharashtra using your JEE Main score. However the cutoffs are generally very high. Apart from this you must have passed your 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with minimum 50 % from any recognised state or central Board.
