Can I register for counselling with bellow cut off without waiting for revised cut off?

Hello Mahendra,
It can not be said anything about the revised cutoff. If in case, the number of candidates who have qualified the exam fall short of the number required in a respective category then to fill the sufficient number of vacant seats, then the Central Government in consultation with the Medical Council of India can lower the NEET PG.
