can I register for telengana 2nd round neet counsling ,as I missed 1st round, and I belongs to Andhra Pradesh?could anyone please give information?if there is chance when we can register?

If candidates unable to get registered in first round of counselling due to any reason they can fresh register themselves as earlier in round 1st.so you can register there is no problem.
