my mobile no. which was i gave in neet registration is deactivated .is it necessary to give same mobile no.? can i give different mobile no? i have my mail id.

No. Because once you register with an Email id and a mobile no#, those details will be assigned to one candidate and when you try assigning the same Id to another person, the system will not allow you to register.
