can i register my neet ug form as i got my confirmation page without my photo and signature its another individual photo and signature

Plese reach out to NTA at its helpdesk:neetug-nta@nic.in. Attach any Photo Id proof showing your photo and signature and also a screnshot of the application in which a wrong photo and signature has been uploaded. Let them know that this needs to be changed and check the process with them. Then during the correction window, they might notify you askimg you to re upload the necessary images. Or they might ask you to re-register. Please email them from your registered email id.
