Can I rejoin Shri guru nanak girls degree college I have completed my 1st year from here and then I have just failed in 2nd year

I would like to tell you that at the end it is there call in most of the cases they accept the letter provided by the student if you were passed in the first year then they will accept your criteria and take you to admission in the 2nd year but otherwise if they don't then you then you will have no option but to go with taking admission in the first year as a fresher.
