Nikhil, you can certainly renew your EWS certificate. It holds a validity of 1 year. You may have to reach out to the local Tehsildar office which has given you this certificate initially. You may have to provide your parent's income proof. And based on that, the validity of your EWS certificate can be renewed.

do the renewal of ews has condition that the physical presence of the holder will only able to renew it cant we just sent some of our friends or family member for renewal
