Can I repeat my 11th without writing my supplementarys..?

Yes you can certainly repeat your class 11th if you wish to do so. If you are persistent in repeating the class then you can miss your supplementary exam. However, there can be some variations with the boards and school. Some schools may have a different rules regarding this . All the best.
If you have supplementary papers in your class 11th and you want to repeat the class then you can definitely do so. Certainly it would be better if you write the supplementary papers without repeating because if you repeat you'll waste an year and in future you may face some problems.

Yes, you can but for that you must have a really important reason. You can also skip those papers and you will be marked failed . So you can repeat that class. You can try for the next year.
