Can i score 190/200 in AIIMS in my first attempt?

Hope you are doing well!
Yes dear nothing is impossible but also conditions apply.
And the conditions here you will need alot alot and alot of practise,I mean an exceptional level of practise one done by the toppers.
Getting,190 in AIIMS is rare,but,yes It is also not impossible.
