You can score good marks with 3 months of preparation if you are studying hard and studying smartly.
You have to clear all your concepts and have to practice all the numericals correctly.
If you've already studied basic concepts then it will be little easy for you.
If not it will take sometime, but still 3 months are not very less time.
Focus on time management and always choose good studying material for preparation.
