Hello,
Being a general category student, having 140 marks ,it is not possible to get a seat in top 3 NIT's .This time rank is totally decided on the basis of marks obtained in JEE Mains exam. But you may expect a seat in lower rank NIT's. You can write JEE Mains paper2 exam and score well in that paper.
