Hello there!
While preparing for any exam it is very important to go through the main chapters so that if any section gets tough in the main exams you can focus on other questions in order to score marks.
No wonder, algebra is tough and you will have hard time learning it but you can.
Start from small chapters and practice questions and mocks.
You will get it. Leaving a topic completely isn't a good idea.
Try learning it slowly.
