To be eligible for NCHMCT JEE you should have completed your 12th. Candidates appearing for their 12th also are eligible to appear for this exam. So even if your 12th board exams are in February, you still can apply for NCHMCT JEE. You should have English as a subject and mandatorily pass in it.
