can I study college below if I am below average at 11th and 12th.will we be studying collage from basics or it is connected to 11th and 12th

To get admission in various colleges, the basic criteria is that you must pass your 12th boards with a percentage as required by the college or University for a particular course or the minimum marks as stated by these Institutions as the eligibility criteria to get enrolled in these colleges with an entrance test.
